Day 30 in the 30 in 30 -- Yay I'm done!

Today is the last day of Leslie Saeta's 30 Paintings in 30 Days! Yay, me! I'm done. Why thank you dear penguin guy. I will take that crown. I deserve it. 😂

I likely wont be posting every day, but hopefully I'll still be posting quality posts a couple times a week. I love doing challenges because they push me to do my best. Having said that: I always worry that when I do a challenge that I'm not doing what I should be doing. Right now I could use maybe a couple more color illustrations in my portfolio. I could also use a bunch of line drawings, so that's something I'll have to work on as well. Anyways since this is all portfolio work I'll be able to share it with all of you. Here's to the future!

This painting is for #30paintingsin30days Leslie's site for the 30 in 30: https://www.saetastudio.com/february-30-in-30-blog  This image is 2.5"x3.5" colored with Daniel Smith watercolors, inked with a Micron pen on Arches Watercolor Paper.

  1. Yay, you is right! So much work and dedication here. I loved seeing all of your paintings. I do lots of challenges too, and though they do take time, I feel in the end they are worth it. I always feel more accomplished and confident, my skills are honed, and I'm more connected with the community. Plus finishing gives me a jolt of energy to work on all of my other projects. Congrats on the fun art and simply doing it!

    1. Thanks for following my progress. I don't think I could keep up at this pace, but I'm still trying to work every day!
